It is a compact design and is free standing so you do not have to worry about hanging it. The base comes unfilled, allowing you to fill the base with either sand or water to create a weighted base. Once weighted the base helps stop the pedestal bag moving when in use. Made with a high quality PU Faux Leather Material and filled with a high density foam.
It is designed to be shock absorbing for even the hardest hits. The punch bag sits at approx 5ft 9/174cm tall. This height is ideal to be used for a variety of training activities including boxing, Kickboxing, and Mixed Martial Arts.
